Four things carry the weight of a meeting between strangers. Each one below says where it really stands today — nothing here is a promise we have not built.
Every host completes a live interview before their profile goes public, and a profile only ever shows checks that were actually done. Identity verification through a certified provider is not connected yet, so no one here is labelled passport-verified. There is no criminal background checking.
Every booking is paid through NADRI, never in cash and never outside the platform. Card checkout stays switched off until business registration completes — until then you transfer to our account and an operator confirms the booking, usually within a few hours.
At the start and end of a meeting both sides scan a one-time code, so a booking has a verified start and finish tied to the right two people. Nothing personal travels in the code.
SOS alerts NADRI operators with your booking and, if you allow it, your location. It does not call 112 or 119 — in immediate danger, call them first. Live location sharing during a meeting is not built, and there is no insurance programme.
Safety support is not staffed around the clock. Operators respond as soon as they can.
No. NADRI is a people-to-people marketplace for interest-based local experiences. Hosts share time around their own interests and everyday knowledge of the city — they are not tour guides, they don't follow fixed itineraries, and they don't provide professional commentary on tourist sites or history.
Locals who applied to share what they're into — coffee, photography, fashion, music and more. Every host completes identity verification and an interview before joining, and only verifications that are actually completed are shown on their profile.
Flexible, everyday activities around shared interests: cafés, photo walks, shopping streets, exhibitions, record shops. Activities are examples, not fixed courses, and everything happens in public places. Driving, drinking-centered plans and private spaces are not allowed.
English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. You can filter hosts by the languages they speak.
The session fee covers your host's time (up to 4 hours per session). It does not include anyone's food, drinks, tickets or transport — traveler and host each pay their own way.
All bookings are paid through NADRI after your host accepts your request. Cash and payments outside the platform are not permitted — a host or traveler asking for outside payment is something you should report.
You can cancel from your bookings page. Refunds follow the refund policy in effect when you booked; if a host cancels or doesn't show up, NADRI supports a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
